Name:Featherkit->Featherpaw-> Featherflurry
Clan/Status: RiverClan/Deputy or Warrior
Age: Thirty-two moons
Gender: Male
Appearance: A cat of great bone structure and thick fur, Featherflurry is quite the looker. His dark smokey pelt of black and brown is complemented by very nice yellow/orange eyes that are the color of a dying star. Featherflurry's pelt is what one might call attractive, or almost even breath taking, but it isn't just looks that count, in fact, it is more so what is underneath the pretty coat, and what is behind the beautiful eyes that matter if you want to become the best you can be, hunting and fighting wise.
Yes, beneath the beautiful coat is a fine set of broad muscles, and a strong bone structure. One that is made for fighting, and hunting, but not swimming, which is what RiverClan cats are known for. In Fact, because this tom-cat's parents are from WindClan and ThunderClan, he has quite a weird body structure, although it does him good.
Because of his Thunderclanner genetics, the tom cat is strong, and good at hunting. He has the thick, medium-length pelt, and does good in hunting and fighting, because of his weight, although when it comes to his Windclan genetics, he has long, slim legs that carry his body flawlessly through the body, which makes him a good runner. This is also what gave him the last part of his name, 'flurry', because of his fast pace, and quick thinking.
I suppose you could say flat out that if anything, Featherflurry is a cat to belong to any Clan besides RiverClan, because his thick, long fur makes it hard for him to swim effectively, or for a long period of time.
Personality: Honest - Straightforward - Content - Pushy - Looks for the best
honest-- The trait of honesty is what protrudes through the rest in this young tom-cat, as he is not afraid to tell anybody what he thinks. He doesn't hesitate to speak his mind, and honestly doesn't care if it hurts you or not. Of course though, Featherflurry will only speak the truth if it is actually the truth, and tends to keep his mouth closed when he has something to say that could be offensive or considered rude to another one of his clan-mates.
straightforward and pushy-- Besides his honest personality, Featherflurry is straightforward and tends to tell others what to do, and will try his best to help them on their way. He is pushy, and makes them hold up to their promises, just as he would. He is a very focused tom-cat, and doesn't like it when other cats tell lies, and fake concerns to him just to get his attention, or to spend time with him. When he has the time, he will spend it with his clanmates, but do not protrude him to spend time with you when he's busy or you will most likely be thrown onto his bad side.
content and looking for the best-- Featherflurry definitely has a problem with being content with his clanmates, as in he's usually happy with them, and lets them off easy, unless he has taken a promise into his own paws, or has asked them to do something that is urgent, such as going to hunt for prey, or going on a border patrol. He doesn't put up with lazy cats, but seems to have a easy heart when it comes to queens wanting some extra time off after their kittens become apprentices, even though he only gives a certain period of time for that, usually being two-three weeks.
History: His mother from WindClan and his father from ThunderClan, Featherflurry grew up in the stomach of a she-cat that had a hard time, being pushed by her own mother and father as to who's kittens the litter would be fathered by. When she wouldn't tell them, her father grew angry with her and scratched her stomach, hoping to kill off the kittens. Upset with her own family, she ran to RiverClan looking for a new start.
After a couple moons of waiting around in an unfamiliar den, with unfamiliar curious eyes, looks, and smells, she finally gave birth, and the majority of the litter was stillborn, except for one of them, which she decided to name Featherkit after his speckled coat and long, limber legs. It didn't take long for the rest of the queens to realize that this kitten was half WindClan and half ThunderClan.
By the time Featherkit turned into Featherpaw, the tom-cat's eyes were already the bright, vibrant color of a burnt star, and she-cats were constantly watching him. He was developing his leadership qualities, as well as excellent habits of good running, fighting, and hunting, but one thing fell short: his swimming skills. Yes, in fact, this tom-cat was held back one moon because he did not pass his swimming test, and worked hard to bring himself to gain excellent strength in his legs. Finally, he passed.
After he became a warrior, his own mother passed away during a fight, and became depressed for a short while before he was promoted the Deputy of RiverClan, which boosted up his mental health, and made him more dedicated to becoming a looked up to, and respected warrior of RiverClan. This is where the half-clanner resides now.
