Name: Honeykit Honeypaw Honeydawn (she was on another forum when she was given the suffix -dawn, so credit to my friend Golden for that :3)
Clan/Status: WindClan/deputy (hopefully!)
Age: 40 moons old
Gender: Female
Appearance: Honeydawn appears to be the average WindClan cat; her body is long and thin, her legs high off the ground, and overall, she's completely built for a fast, long run. Her fighting skills are, as such, quite poor, but she can hunt rabbits as well as any of her Clanmates.
Her eye color is also pretty average, as Honeydawn's eyes are a leafy green.
The thing that's not average about Honeydaw's appearance is due to genetics. Unlike most Clan cats, her pelt is golden-brown with circular black spots spread about. What makes her so different?
It's her heritage. The she-cat's father was a loner who'd escaped his twoleg home long ago, and made it to the lake. He was a purebred Bengal cat, and Honeydawn took after him in her pelt's coloring and markings.
Personality: Honeydawn is usually calm, level-headed. She is very emotionally strong, and so her sadness, anger, and other feelings don't generally show through, because she tends to look beyond emotions and go straight to logic; "What's the best option for the situation? What would make the most sense? How could I fix this in a way that doesn't harm my Clanmates?" Those are the types of questions that run through Honeydawn's mind in a dangerous situation. To add to all of this, Honeydawn is extremely intelligent, though, in a way, it can harm her sometimes, because she has a slight habit of over-thinking things.
This she-cat, with 40 moons under her paws, has grown to be very mature. She doesn't play games much and is almost always serious, scarcely able to spare a moment for a joke. She's been called "Too serious" before, but really, it's just that few cats have gotten close enough to Honeydawn for her to feel comfortable to joke around.
With all of this, you might be thinking that I've created a bit of a Mary Sue, eh? Well, that's not the case, because this is the part where we get to the juicier parts of Honeydawn: her flaws.
Honeydawn has her limits. She may be calm most of the time, but if a cat manages to break through that thin line of patience that she has, they will find that Honeydawn has an extremely fierce temper and knows exactly how to hold a grudge for a very long time. She's certainly not the most forgiving cat around, and if a cat wrongs her once, they'll probably be on her bad list for the rest of their lives.
This warrior is, through her maturity and loyalty, very, very stubborn. She will absolutely refuse to budge at all costs if she doesn't want to do something because it goes against any of her views. She will not change her views, even if she sees and understands the views of others. It's not that Honeydawn sees her opinions as superior to others, it's just that there are some childish things that have clung to her past kithood, and being stubbornly set on her own ways is one of those things.
Honeydawn has a tendency to butt into others' business. She will try her best to stop arguments that are not her own,, even if it gets her hurt, and she will try talking sense into a cat that has nothing to do with her, even if they're from another Clan. She can be very controlling when she wants to be, and she often won't stop until she receives her own way. She isn't this way for very good reasons, either; Honeydawn simply hates hearing other cats whine and argue, so it's not that she's trying to protect them or anything, it's simply that she's irritable and they probably annoy her.
Honeydawn is a stickler to the code. If there is a situation where breaking the code will be doing the "right" thing, Honedawn won't do it still. She feels that the warrior code has covered pretty much all aspects, and that the Clans' ancestral creators of the code thought of all situations when they made it. Even if this isn't actually true, it's right in Honeydawn's head, so she won't budge from it.
History:
Honeydawn's mother was a pure WindClan cat who had done few things to break the warrior code. However, that changed when she met Veer, the tom of her dreams. Oh, it was indeed so unfortunate that Veer was simply a passing loner, for Rabbitstrike was so thoroughly in love with him.
It's unfortunate that what Rabbitstrike was love was simply lust, but she had two kittens out of the deal, anyway. One looked like Veer, while the younger one look liked herself. Veer moved on, as loners did, and though she obsessed for a while, Rabbitstrike moved on as well.
Honeykit and her sister, Grassykit, had a normal kithood. Grassykit was energetic and fun-loving, always herself and Honeykit into a lot of trouble, despite Honekit's protests.
As apprentices, Honeypaw and Grassypaw received decent, normal mentors and both trained hard. However, Grassypaw still loved to goof off, so she was a bit lazier than Honeypaw, who was obsessed with becoming a good warrior.
As young warriors, named Honeydawn and Grassyfire (suffix also credit to my friend Golden), still not much eventful happened. Their mother took the elders' den when her leg was caught in a trap and ended up being torn off. Of course, Honeydawn and Grassyfire weren't too pleased with this, but Rabbitstrike had served WindClan well, so it was only fair that she be given rest in the warriors' den when she had only 3 legs left to run on.
In her time, Honeydawn has seen many, many things, including a fire that killed an apprentice as he tried to save kittens. She has seen many decisions made by the leaders of the Clan, and has watched other warriors make decisions of their own.
She has never taken a mate, and though she always planned to, Honeydawn felt that the toms in WindClan weren't "Right" for her, though hopefully some day she'll find a tom in her Clan who proves that he's worthy of her.
