what grows from the seeds, can you quite believe? through cracks come weeds female 50 moons 6 lives remaining POPPYSTAR, is a bulky, well rounded calico she-cat with green eyes (blind in her right eye from a infected wound early on in her warrior life). her fur is thick and tangled and hard to control; resulting in being left un-groomed for many days at a time. her paws are large and muscles make up the majority of her large figure. there is a nick in her left ear and various scars are scattered around her body. what she lacks in agility and speed she makes up for in strength. she's very loud and assertive, but given the right circumstance she can be kind and warmhearted. (or maybe it's just a myth. who knows). she's very head strong and sturdy in her opinions and beliefs. silent, she's very observing and prefers to think. doesn't like to be compared to others and doesn't have many relationships apart from with the medicine cat, deputy, and the apprentices that she has trained. very reserved. ♛ kithood, shortly after poppystar was born, her father roanflight was murdered in battle and it sent mothwing (mother) into a steep downward spiral of depression. unable to care for her kit, poppykit was transferred to the only other queen in the clan to be tended to. the relationship between mothwing and poppykit dwindled to nothing before it had the chance to thrive. ♛ apprenticeship, from the start, poppypaw was the top apprentice. she learned quickly, took lessons to heart; took practice seriously. however this quickly changed with the death of her mother. mothwing died a few moons into her daughters apprenticeship, causing poppypaw to stumble with her duties and failed to maintain the top rank of the apprentices, even despite the lack of a bond with her mother. her apprenticeship lasted significantly longer than any of the other apprentices. ♛ warrior life, despite being the cat with one of the longest apprenticeships, poppyclaw was the first to receive one soon after becoming a warrior. she became dependent on her apprentice, needing him for way of ventilating pent up anger and grief over the loss of her mother. this is where her loud and assertive personality traits come in. soon after her apprentice was made a warrior, she was named deputy, as the previous holder of that position died of old age. |
